Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of a mission-critical facility in Houston.

You will partner with owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a demanding environment. Key duties include developing and maintaining schedules, managing costs and procurement, verifying drawings and scopes, monitoring permits and safety, and guiding field operations and project staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex commercial construction projects; mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for day-to-day construction activities on a mission critical project.
• Develop and maintain project work schedules, identify critical-path activities, and coordinate the timely delivery of critical materials and equipment essential to mission critical operations.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with contract documents, project schedules, logistics plans, quality requirements, and field operations for a mission critical environment.
• Coordinate work across trades and disciplines to maintain efficient project sequencing and minimize disruptions or delays in a critical mission.
• Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of project issues involving design clarifications, procedures, labor, equipment, logistics, and schedule.
• Coordinate project mock-ups, associated testing, reviews, and approvals to support mission critical performance standards.
