Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead planning, coordination, and execution on a high‑performance mission‑critical project in Austin, TX.

You will partner with owners, design teams, and contractors to deliver work safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating materials, and overseeing field operations while ensuring compliance with contract documents and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction experience, preferably on complex commercial or mission-critical projects.
• Experience supporting construction planning, coordination, and field operations on large programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for day-to-day activities on a mission-critical project.
• Develop and maintain project work schedules and coordinate delivery of critical materials and equipment.
• Oversee construction activities to align with contract documents and schedules.
• Coordinate work across trades to maintain efficient sequencing and minimize disruptions.
• Identify and resolve design clarifications, procedures, and schedule issues.
• Coordinate project mock-ups, testing, and approvals to support performance standards.
