Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of commercial construction experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to read blueprints and understand codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of estimates, project budgets and unit cost reports.
• Organize and conduct pre-construction planning meetings.
• Participate in negotiation of project subcontracts.
• Support the project team in creating management plans and execution strategies.
