Assistant Project Manager, Land Development

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager, Land Development to support project completion by managing timelines, budgets, and documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinate with teams, consultants, and contractors to meet milestones.
2. Manage project documentation, permits, contracts, and prepare status reports and meeting agendas.
3. Assist in permitting and approval processes with local agencies.
4. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support inspections.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to resolve questions and concerns.
6. Identify and escalate risks, and develop procedures for problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Collaborate closely with the Senior VP on assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in land development, construction, or project management.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• PE and/or PMP certification preferred but not required.
