About the Role

A top national homebuilder is looking to add a Land Acquisition Project Manager to their team in Palm Bay, FL. This is a great opportunity to be hands-on with land deals from start to finish - sourcing, analyzing, and helping bring new residential communities to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the land acquisition process from pre-acquisition through construction start
• Coordinate all due diligence efforts and timelines
• Maintain and organize all related documentation and reports
• Work closely with teams across Land Development, Construction, Sales, and Marketing
• Visit sites regularly to assess progress, timelines, and risks
• Support zoning, entitlements, development agreements, and impact fee audits
• Build strong relationships with consultants and municipal staff
• Help track budgets and development schedules
• Make sure everything stays aligned with company standards

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in land acquisition, development, or a related field
• Experience with zoning and municipal coordination is a plus
• Underwriting knowledge is helpful, but they're happy to train the right person
