You will collaborate with the project manager and team, organize project documents, help manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors, clients, and employees to meet project expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience helping to manage industrial construction projects up to $1M with high complexity.
• 3+ years of client relationship and business development experience, including leading the preparation and development of bids.

Responsabilités

• Work with Project Managers, client, and supervision to plan, develop and oversee site projects; establish priorities and assign resources.
• Prepare estimates and invoices and track project progress using relevant software.
• Support team by researching project information and updating project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Assist with cost management: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate scope changes, bids, take-offs, contracts, and communication on milestones.
• Travel to jobsites regularly to oversee projects.
• Develop relationships to identify and cultivate opportunities.
