Qualifications

• 3+ years managing industrial construction projects up to $1M.
• 3+ years of client relationship and business development experience with bids.

• Knowledge of safety OSHA requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, execution, and coordination of site projects.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and track project progress with relevant software.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients and team members on project details.
• Monitor schedule progress, budget, and spending; support cost management.
• Identify scope changes and assist with drafting changes and contracts.
• Travel to jobsites to oversee projects and ensure compliance with SIC policies.
