Qualifications

• 3+ years managing industrial construction projects up to $1M with high complexity.
• 3+ years of client relationship and business development experience.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and risk management.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and oversee site projects with PM and team.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and track project progress using software.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and employees on project details.
• Update project schedules, budgets and spending.
• Assist with scope changes, bids, takeoffs, and contracts.
• Support cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Travel to jobsites to oversee projects; ensure safety compliance.
