Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Mercy Housing departments to determine project feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate resident relocation plans.
• Assist in obtaining local approvals and neighborhood acceptance of proposed housing projects.
• Gather resident input for rehabilitation projects.
