Assistant Project Manager will provide administrative and technical services and analysis to the real estate development team for new development, relocation/ community development, and rehabilitation of housing projects. This is a project-based position. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
PAY: $26.00 - 35.00/hour DOE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES**Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.**

Bachelors or better in City and Regional Planning or related field.
1 year: Demonstrated experience in project management, real estate development, affordable housing.
1 year: Experience is low income housing.
