Job summary
Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager II in San Francisco to support real estate and community development efforts. You will assist developers, coordinate with internal teams, and help manage project feasibility and regulatory processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Planning or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in related work.
- Preferred Certifications and experience in affordable housing.
Responsibilities
- Assists Developers in coordinating with Mercy Housing departments to determine project feasibility and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinates resident relocation plans and supports transition from development to operations.
- Gathers resident input and facilitates neighborhood acceptance of projects.
- Performs tasks to obtain local approvals, including land use applications and hearings.
