Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance on concrete frame and formwork projects.

You will help monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, maintain project documentation, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree, or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization, plus with customers and vendors.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze and organize large amounts of information (plans, deliveries, productivity).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform on-site inspections/audits for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Assist in managing productivity, costs, quality and safety in line with company policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to procure projects and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate material and equipment schedules and subcontractor/vendor contracts.
