Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers in coordinating construction projects, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance. You will monitor progress, communicate with contractors, and maintain project documentation across sites.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering/construction management and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or its equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections/audits of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Assist in managing productivity, costs, quality and safety per policies.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Creates and coordinates material and equipment schedules.
• Coordinates subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned.
