Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager on high-profile commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in the Chicago area. You will help with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 2+ years in a construction project role (APM, coordinator, or similar).
• Experience with scheduling and cost-control systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in the region.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding, scopes, POs, and contracts.
• Track costs vs budget, manage change orders, cost logs.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project docs: RFIs, submittals, logs, safety records, photos.
• Support PM to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Assist client communications and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Review deliverables and support project close-out.
