Jobot, a well-established construction organization, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support multiple active projects. You will coordinate project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and closeout tasks while partnering with Project Managers, field leadership, and owners' teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the construction industry.
• Experience supporting construction projects in an Assistant PM role is preferred.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout processes.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or scheduling software.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Project Managers to prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly project documentation (submittal logs, RFI logs, change order logs).
• Review contract documents and drawings to identify required submittals and documentation.
• Coordinate and manage the submittal process from initial prep through review, approval, distribution, and final docs.
• Attend owner, architect, and contractor meetings and prepare accurate minutes and follow-up docs.
• Maintain organized project correspondence, approvals, pricing, and supporting docs.
• Support creation and maintenance of project billing schedules and subcontractor invoices.
