• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and adjusting project plans, staffing, equipment, and timelines.
• Review invoices, payments, and cost reports; identify variances and claims.
• Ensure accurate project records: daily reports, logs, minutes.
• Manage project budget and change orders; monitor cost performance.
• Mentor project engineers and interns; enforce policies.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; ensure timely payments.
• Represent company professionally in negotiations; uphold safety standards.
