Job summary

Superior Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our heavy civil construction projects. You will assist with project coordination, resource management, and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This role requires travel to project sites, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cost tracking, documentation, and close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of industry tenure.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Significant field-based project execution experience.
• Progressive field-based leadership roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction Certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution strategies
• Manage project performance and provide leadership and support
• Develop project teams and cultivate talent
• Monitor project progress, budget status, and timelines; report on variances and recommend corrective actions
• Full project P&L responsibility
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Assist with cost tracking, billing, and preparation of project invoices
• Manage planning and scheduling construction activities
• Support divisional pursuits and growth strategies
