Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant.
• Experience in service and project-driven environment with accountability and performance management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Manage resources, costs and customer satisfaction for project delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers/Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Perform other duties as requested or required.
