Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Project Executive for our Data Centers portfolio in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time on-site role focuses on leading complex projects within the Convergint Technology Center, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to plan, execute, and close projects, while upholding Convergint's values and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customers, teams, and vendors.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce policies for project estimating, customer acceptance criteria, and handoff from sales to delivery.
• Plan and manage project plans, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and clients; report status and issues.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify risks early and implement contingency plans; drive continuous improvement.
