Henderson Scott US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee ground-up residential developments in New York City. You will coordinate subcontractors, participate in OAC meetings, draft minutes, and support scheduling, budgeting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 2+ years in similar roles on large NYC residential projects, a relevant engineering/CM degree, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid.

Qualificações

• 2+ years as Assistant Project Manager or similar in ground-up residential development.
• Experience managing large ground-up projects (>$50M).
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in major CM software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle of ground-up residential development in NYC.
• Coordinate subcontractors, attend OAC meetings, draft minutes, report to management.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, documentation and project workflows.
• Track costs, timelines and schedules; ensure cross-team alignment.
• Handle RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, RFPs; manage vendor relationships.
