Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Ability to read construction and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating design, development and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing design, development and construction documents.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and site superintendent.
• Manage the permitting process from initial approvals to final Certificate of Occupancy.
• Assist in coordination of consultants, meetings and drawings.
• Develop project budgets and project schedule tasks and deadlines.
• Interface with team to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing.
• Maintain daily logs and report on milestones; provide reports to management.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheet; ensure documents stored and tracked timely.
• Attend meetings and produce meeting minutes.
