Job summary

Jobot in Madison, WI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our design-build team. You will support coordination of construction projects from start to finish, work closely with senior project managers and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in construction-related field and 1–3 years of construction experience, familiarity with Procore/Buildertrend/MS Project, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction experience, in a project assistant or coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.

Role Overview
