Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for fire and contents restoration in Ohio. You will lead projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, insurance adjusters, and crews to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds IICRC certifications and has at least two years in a lead restoration role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A $25.00–$27.00 per hour DOE and a $10,000 sign-on bonus accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Current or recent IICRC certifications such as FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT.
• Minimum of two years of lead experience in fire restoration.
• Strong communication and excellent work ethic.

What We’re Looking For

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT. Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in fire restoration.
• Skills: Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
• Attitude: A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
