What We’re Looking For

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT. Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in fire restoration.
• Skills: Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
• Attitude: A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
