Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Northwood, OH is seeking an Experienced Fire Restoration Professional to lead projects with precision and care. You will oversee restoration efforts from start to finish, coordinating with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members to ensure quality results.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $25.00–$27.00, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan. A strong work ethic and excellent communication are essential to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Current or recently expired IICRC certifications (FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT), Mold licensing preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a Lead Role with fire restoration experience.
• Strong restoration skills, excellent communication, and strong work ethic.
• Results-driven, problem-solving mindset with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation, including smoke and odor remediation.
• Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
