Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Ohio is seeking an Experienced Water Restoration Professional to lead restoration projects end-to-end. You will apply water damage mitigation, drying, mold remediation, and coordinate with clients and insurance adjusters to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a lead role, current IICRC certifications, strong communication, and a results-driven attitude that elevates customer service and safety standards on every job.

Qualifications

• Current or recently expired IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT/MRS/CCT).
• Minimum of two years in a lead role with water restoration experience.
• Strong restoration skills and excellent communication.
• Customer-service oriented with a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish.
• Mitigate water damage and perform drying, mold remediation as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and company protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with customers, and insurance adjusters for project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.

• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, CCT. Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in water restoration.
• Skills: Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
• Attitude: A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
