Job summary
Balfour Beatty Construction in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in all administrative and technical requirements for construction projects. You will assist with contract administration, changes, submittals, procurement, and project controls to ensure quality, profitability, safety, sustainability, and timely delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of construction office/field experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of construction office or field commercial experience in a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager role.
- 1-year or more of direct supervisory experience.
- Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
- Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).
