Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Santa Ana, CA area to oversee projects with a diverse background—from Interiors in corporate offices to public works and theme parks. The role directs and supervises contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling to ensure high quality, profitable outcomes while upholding our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Construction Management or related field, 10+ years in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.
Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
Experience with cost projection, financialanalysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).

Responsibilities

Directs overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project.
Manage contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
Ensure quality, profitability, and adherence to Safety/Zero Harm culture.
Lead project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
