Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily on projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters updated on project activities and adhere to company protocol.
• Ensure service quality meets the company standards and manage project budgets for profitability.
• Set and manage budgets, track job costs, and coordinate with Subs & Vendors.
• Develop a Site Safety Plan and ensure it is followed by the Field team.
• Maintain client/adjuster communications to promote strong customer service and trust.
