Job summary

Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration, LLC seeks an experienced construction professional to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for complex projects. You will manage estimating, scheduling, reporting, and document control, while administering gradebeam setup and leading preconstruction meetings.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, with expertise in CMiC, Procore, and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Four years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Experience with CMiC, Bluebeam, Procore, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, Matterport, Power Project, and Excel.
• Preconstruction experience including quantity take-off and budgeting.
• Engineering review of structural and civil calculations and coordination with subs.
• Contract change management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for construction and maintenance.
• Manage smaller projects through estimating, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document control.
• Administer gradebeam setup and attend walk-throughs as company representative.
• Set up CMIC processes and support startup schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and subcontractor communication.
• Coordinate document management and distribute updated docs to the project team.
• Prepare documentation for LEED certified projects.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and provide minutes.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent on field issues.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Engineering, foreign equivalent, or related field
