Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our construction projects in the St. Louis region. You will support project engineers and site teams, coordinate RFI processes, and help manage punch lists while learning from experienced professionals.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. A Bachelor’s in a related field is required, with health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFIs, and punch lists preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to field conditions.
