Job summary

FINFROCK is a full-service design-builder in Orlando, specializing in multifamily, parking, student housing and hotels. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager and field team, taking ownership of challenging construction projects and growing into a future Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• Two-to-four-year degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to support project commitments.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to grow into a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in subcontractor procurement and buyout in support of the Project Manager.
• Obtain material quotes, evaluate options, and submit purchase orders for approval.
• Own assigned project administration, coordination, and close-out responsibilities.
• Assist PM with PM Web project coordination and identify items needing action.
• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and notices.
