Qualifications
- Experience using Primavera P6 and reading complex construction docs.
- Ability to track progress from development to construction.
- Experience as Owner’s Rep is a plus.
- Experience with field measurements and level tools.
- Familiarity with BIM360, Plan Grid or Pro Core.
Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites to align installation dates with plans.
- Interface with site PM and Superintendent; resolve issues (RFIs).
- Create field observation reports with progress photos.
- Verify field dimensions meet ADA/FHA codes and standards.
- Observe each discipline’s installation for conformance.
- Support meeting prep and deliver memos/reports from design to field.
- Assist with punch lists and document revisions.
- Help track installations and milestones during construction.
- Support submittal reviews and overall project progression.
