Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget.
• Track project schedules and maintain construction timelines.
• Participate in project meetings and record detailed notes with follow-ups.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with field teams to align office and jobsite activities.
• Help manage closeout documentation and timely submission.
• Collaborate with team to meet client expectations and goals.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and report issues.
• Contribute to risk management and proactive problem solving.
