Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a top-tier fully integrated real estate firm. You will lead multifamily and student housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 5–10+ years of experience managing large-scale ground-up projects, with strong budgeting and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management for multifamily or student housing.
• Proven ability to manage ground-up, large-scale residential projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily and student housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams as well as external consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
