Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Charleston, SC to support Project and Senior Project Managers with administrative tasks across design, pre-construction and construction phases.

You will assist with scope, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and bid processes, while coordinating with design teams and subcontractors. Travel to job sites may be required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Assist Project and Senior PM with administrative tasks across design, pre-construction and construction phases.
• Help manage scope, scheduling, budgeting and contracts.
• Coordinate with design team and sub-contractors for bids.
• Maintain project schedule and track progress; support monthly WIP reporting.
• Travel to job sites as needed and ensure safety and workspace organization.
• Prepare project status reports and track changes and trends.
• Support customer inquiries and internal communications.
