• 5 years of experience leading construction projects up to $15M in scope.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-construction, preplanning, and scheduling processes.
• Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, subcontractors).
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors.
• Oversee project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and lead problem solving with engineers and architects.
