Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the construction field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of project budgeting and pricing of materials and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and estimate construction projects.
• Prepare job bid proposals and maintain project schedules.
• Travel to job sites to review progress.
