Batchelor & Kimball in Conyers, GA seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project and Senior Project Managers with administration across design, pre-construction and construction phases, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and bid processes. The role requires independence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include assisting with project estimates, reviewing drawings, preparing bid proposals, coordinating with subcontractors, and tracking budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• BA/Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand construction drawings.
• Experience in budgeting and pricing of materials and labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management team with managing and estimating construction projects.
• Review drawings for correctness and prepare bid proposals.
• Support relationships with subcontractors and track budgets and schedules.
