Job summary

Integrated Scaffolding Concepts (ISC) in Virginia is seeking a driven Sales & Project Manager to lead scaffolding projects from start to finish, build client relationships, and drive profitability. This onsite role supports customers across multiple states and focuses on safe, efficient execution.

You will calculate costs, manage budgets, ensure a safe work environment, and pursue new business while developing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or an equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience.
• 5-10 years of sales experience in the scaffolding.
• Business development/customer acquisition experience.
• Scaffolding sales and/or field experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Unrestricted driver’s license; ability to pass DMV check.
• PMP or an equivalent certification.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Project Manager to join our ISC team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and nurturing client relationships, leading scaffolding projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for calculating costs and gains, managing budgets, ensuring a safe work environment, and driving project profitability. You’ll also focus on developing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.
• Able to travel to jobsites, meetings, and other destinations as needed.
• Able to wear the required personal protective equipment.
• Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.
• Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.
• Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.
• Able to lift & carry items up to 15 lbs.
