Job summary

Lennar is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support horizontal construction projects, customer care, and QA. You will coordinate interdepartmental activities, manage documents, assist with budgeting and scheduling, and help obtain permits to ensure on-time project delivery.

This role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 1+ years in homebuilding or related fields, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in homebuilding, land development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions including distribution of tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing operational reports.
• Prepare, review, and archive essential documents, including operational, legal, and project-related paperwork.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and contract management for community development projects; obtain permits and approvals.
• Coordinate between Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Land Development for effective communication.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and events; manage community and trade show participation.
• Prepare and submit reports on home starts, completions, purchase orders, and data; update project records.
• Assist with plan approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance; liaise with agencies.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and utilities; track schedules.
