Lennar is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support horizontal construction projects, customer care, and QA. You will coordinate interdepartmental activities, manage documents, assist with budgeting and scheduling, and help obtain permits to ensure on-time project delivery.
This role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 1+ years in homebuilding or related fields, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

The Assistant Project Manager will provide comprehensive administrative and project management support for (horizontal) construction projects, customer care, and quality assurance departments. Coordinate interdepartmental activities, oversee administrative tasks, assist with project management, and support operational and development goals.
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 25 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $29.67 - $47, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
