Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites, schedules, and trade partners to meet timelines.
• Conduct regular home walks to ensure quality and schedule compliance while optimizing profitability.
• Negotiate inspector and trade partner issues to maintain budget adherence and implement CIP improvements.
• Manage trade partner communications and invoice approvals in Build Pro; ensure timely payments.
• Provide feedback on trade partner performance affecting relationships and outcomes.
• Ensure site safety, code compliance, and accurate safety logs; lead on-site safety meetings.
