Responsibilities

• Lead change orders from inception to PO issuance with pricing review.
• Level subcontractor proposals and scopes, flag risks.
• Manage procurement timelines and long-lead items.
• Own project submittal log and escalate critical items.
• Track SOE and project milestones, update as needed.
• Collaborate with Superintendent to set Subcontractor Build Schedule.
• Lead project financial close-out: reconcile POs, billing, retention.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders and lead subcontractor meetings.
• Identify scope/financial risks and contribute to resolutions.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Coordinators.
