Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Change Orders from inception to PO issuance.
• Level subcontractor proposals and scopes of work; flag risks.
• Manage procurement timelines and long-lead item coordination.
• Maintain project submittal log and escalate critical items.
• Track Schedule of Events (SOE) and milestones.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to set Subcontractor Build Schedule.
• Oversee project financial close-out: reconciliations, billing, retention.
• Communicate with stakeholders; lead subcontractor meetings when needed.
• Identify scope or financial risks and contribute to resolutions.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
