LeoForce in Whittier, CA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial construction projects throughout Southern California. You will work alongside experienced project teams on ground-up and tenant improvement projects and gain exposure to preconstruction, project management, field operations, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, or similar role.
• Understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager-level position.
