Job summary

Cruitin is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily projects across Los Angeles County and Orange County. You will manage from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, subcontractors, architects, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of PM experience, strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, quality and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of construction project management experience, project engineering, or similar experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, multifamily, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, education, or tenant improvement projects is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Valid California driver's license and ability to travel between job site.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily (podium, garden, wrap) projects throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–5 years of construction project management experience who is ready to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and field teams.


The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.

Typical Compensation Package


  • Base Salary: $95,000 – $140,000
