Job summary

MPI is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a Kansas City-based commercial general contractor. The role entails coordinating projects from inception to completion, supporting planning, scheduling, and budgeting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of PM experience, a construction-related degree, and strong organizational skills. Procore proficiency and a focus on safety, quality, and deadlines are essential.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines.

Our client is a Kansas City based commercial General Contractor that does $30M in annual revenue. They touch on all market sectors but primarily do projects in the commercial and retail spaces. Projects range from $500K to $10M. They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and want to bring in people they can train and quickly promote.


Job Description
