Job summary

MPI (Midwest general contractor) seeks a motivated individual to support project managers across commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will help with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation, while coordinating across office and field teams to keep projects on track.

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is required. A team-oriented mindset, strong communication, and detail orientation are essential for long-term

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience with a general contractor, ideally within commercial construction.
  • Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project proficiency.
  • Team-focused environment with long-term growth into a Project Manager role.
  • Degree preferred, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers through all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate between office teams, field staff, and clients to help keep projects on schedule.

The Successful Applicant
  • 1-3 years of experience with a general contractor, ideally within commercial construction.
