Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
  • 5-15+ years of project management experience in the general contractor space.
  • Ground up construction experience ($10M-$30M).
  • Previous experience with multifamily or data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, market conditions, and subcontractor trades.
  • Proficiency in software and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Job Description
